Manaslu Circuit trek in Nepal
Discover Nepal’s Manaslu Circuit, following the Budhi Gandaki Valley towards the high villages and Larkya pass. Mirando al Sur’s developed 19-day itinerary combines trails, villages and monasteries in communities with Tibetan cultural traditions.
The route is in Nepal, close to the Tibetan border; it does not travel within Tibet. Soti Khola, Namrung, Shyala, Samagaon and Samdo lead towards Bimthang before the descent to Dharapani.
Your mountain trip with Mirando al Sur
The river journey reveals a transition from forest and farming villages to high mountain terrain. Lodge and teahouse stays make it possible to progress through the valleys rather than return to the same accommodation each evening.
Samagaon’s adaptation day and the approach to the pass form part of the altitude planning. Despite a low published technical rating, the itinerary involves consecutive walking days, basic accommodation and a high pass. Review your fitness and mountain experience with the agency.
