Learn uphill, downhill and planning skills for mountain ski tours. Choose a taster to discover the activity, level 1 for day tours or level 2 for multi-day traverses and alpine routes.

Previous alpine skiing ability is required, with the level varying by course. Check the downhill skills, touring equipment and avalanche safety equipment specified in each programme. Training combines technique with assessing terrain and snow.
